The Supreme Court Immunity Decision Did America a Favor

My column today in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Obviously when I wrote it I did not anticipate an assassination attempt but that extreme action illustrates the danger to constitutional democracy that America faces and which the immunity decision helps assuage.
