One, for all the talk about economic intervention, most of the people Deneen looks at do not even support an increase in the minimum wage–it’s all propaganda, as it was with Trump. Second, without God, where is the real in postliberalism? What is human flourishing? Many of the members of this movement are religious, but what about the secularists?
